So many definitions describe coaching by its results — achieving goals, reducing stress, finding balance, improving relationships, and building confidence. But for me, that’s not the purpose of coaching. Those things simply unfold… when something deeper inside begins to move. I’m Sara, a certified life and transition coach. Coaching, in my world, is not about becoming more. It’s about returning to what’s already there. And this is how I hold coaching. In my sessions, we don’t chase goals. We get curious about what truly drives them. We slow down, observe the patterns, name what’s really happening underneath, and in that space, the pressure to be someone else finally quiets down and we begin to make choices that actually feel like us.
