About Me
I’m a medical physicist with over a decade of experience in radiation oncology. My work is driven by a strong patient-centered mindset and a deep commitment to research, precision, and excellence in cancer care. Beyond my clinical expertise, I bring a systems-thinking approach—supported by my DBA education and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification—to help improve outcomes in complex clinical environments.
Long before I became a certified coach, I was already holding space for others—in hospital corridors, research meetings, and quiet moments with colleagues, patients, and friends. My background as a clinical physicist and team leader taught me to honor both logic and emotion, science and soul.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting cancer patients during their most vulnerable moments—offering an emotional presence that left a lasting impact and gently guided me toward the path of coaching.
Today, I support professionals—especially those in medicine, research, and other high-responsibility roles—who are navigating transitions, complexity, identity shifts, or quiet existential questions. Many are the ones others turn to: steady minds in high-stakes environments, quiet anchors in other people’s storms.
But titles aren’t what matter most to me. What connects the people I work with isn’t their position, but their willingness to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.
I hold space for those who hold so much.
I am an ICF-accredited coach offering sessions in English and Persian. If you're curious about exploring coaching with me, you’re warmly invited to book a 30-minute introductory session.
