When She Appears..

Have you ever wondered why a small moment can suddenly hurt so much? In such moments It’s not the adult whose chest tightens —it’s the child within, still remembering what it was like to be unprotected. There’s a part of us that never really grows old — a part that still feels deeply: joy, fear, shame, wonder. We call it the inner child. For me, the idea of inner child protection began the moment I realized that healing isn’t only about moving on — it’s about learning how to stay with what was once left alone. We left that part not by choice, but to survive, to be accepted, to keep going in a world that couldn’t hold what we were feeling. And maybe real healing begins here — not in becoming someone new, but in coming back home… to the one who was waiting all along.
